ABOUT ME

My journey has taken me across continents, cultures, and careers—from growing up in Italy, to working in the UK where I met my husband, to spending a year immersed in life in China. Along the way, I discovered a deep passion for people, which led me to a fulfilling career in Human Resources. It wasn’t a path I planned, but one I fell into after university—and quickly realized it was a perfect fit.

 

Over the years, I’ve worked with both agile start-ups and large global corporations, gaining a wide range of experience while staying grounded in what truly matters to me: helping others grow, find clarity, and live with purpose.

I love to help people—whether it’s navigating their personal journeys, professional paths, or the space where the two intersect. That is my why. That is my passion. I genuinely care, and I bring that care into every relationship and interaction.

 

Though I find deep fulfillment in my work, family is the foundation of my life. I’m a proud mother of three teenagers, and they continue to teach me as much as I hope to teach them. I believe in living with intention, guided by values like kindness, purpose, passion, health, and connection. I’m spiritual by nature, and while I don’t follow a specific religion, I trust in the magic of the universe.
